Public Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 the Board of Directors for the Strathcona Regional District may proceed with final passage and adoption of Bylaw No. 658, being Campbell River Storm Licensing Agreement Authorization Bylaw 2026, which would authorize the Regional District to enter into a 2-year licensing agreement with the Campbell River Junior Hockey Club Ltd. (also known as the Campbell River STORM Hockey Club) for a portion of the Strathcona Gardens recreation facility located at 225 South Dogwood Street in Campbell River, B.C.
Bylaw No. 658 is available for public inspection online at srd.ca/proposed-license-cr-storm-hockey-club-bylaw-658 or in person at the Regional District’s corporate office from Wednesday, August 5, 2026 until Wednesday, September 16 (except public holidays):
