The Village of Sayward is located on northern Vancouver Island at the mouth of the Salmon River near Kelsey Bay, within one of British Columbia’s important coastal estuaries. Home to approximately 350 residents, Sayward has strong roots in the forestry industry and continues to be a working waterfront community.
Surrounded by forests, rivers, and ocean, the area offers access to a range of outdoor activities, including hiking, fishing, wildlife viewing, paddling, and boating.
