Submitting a Bylaw Complaint
If you believe an SRD bylaw is being violated, you can submit a complaint using the SRD Bylaw Complaint Form online.
Bylaw enforcement in the SRD is complaint-driven, and anonymous complaints are not accepted.

Once received, a Bylaw Compliance Officer will review and investigate the complaint to determine appropriate next steps.
Whenever possible, residents are encouraged to try resolving concerns directly with neighbours before submitting a formal complaint.
