Consideration of Covenant Discharge
The SRD Board has been asked to discharge restrictive covenants on two properties in Area C. This meeting is an opportunity to learn more and share you comments to inform the Board's decision.
Location - Quadra Island Community Hall, 970 West Rd, Quadra Island
Date - Monday, April 22nd at 6:00 pm
1520 Upshur Road: The subject area is land legally described as Lot B, District Lot 756, Sayward Land District, Plan VIP83671 as shown on Map 1. This change is requested to permit subdivision of this lot into two parcels.

1731 Kanish View Drive: The subject area is land legally described as Lot B, District Lot 496, Sayward Land District, Plan VIP64656 as shown on Map 2. This change is requested to permit subdivision into 2 new lots by creating a separate title for the 4.65-hectare portion of land currently separated from the parent parcel by Kanish View Drive.
