The South Island Highway water leak on the 3700 block has now been repaired! A service connection leak was identified along South Island Highway on Tuesday morning, impacting homes in the surrounding area.
There is no need for a boil water advisory however, if you experience cloudy water, please run taps with cold water, ideally a bathtub until water runs clear (this may take up to 5 mins).
Thank you to the City of Campbell River Crew who responded immediately and restored services for Area D residents.
